What is a yoni massage?

The Yoni massage, or female genital massage, brings healing and emotional opening. Your intention is not arousal, or orgasm, although these may well occur, but rather to help your lover become more sensitive, relaxed and connected to her yoni—her sacred temple. Much frustration, pain and trauma are held in the tissues of the vagina, loving massage can help discharge them. This process may bring up strong emotions—feelings of fear or anxiety and joyous outpourings of release. It may take several sessions before her yoni has healed so that she can fully enjoy the range of sexual pleasures it holds.

-Your lover lies on her back, a towel-covered pillow under her hips.
-Her legs are apart, knees slightly bent.
-Sit between her legs.
-Look into each other’s eyes and breathe slowly and deeply together.
-Gently massage her legs, belly and torso, advancing without haste to her inner thighs and pelvis.
-When she is relaxed move to her yoni, and, asking permission to honor this most sacred spot, pour a good quality water-based lubricant on her mound and begin to massage it slowly.
-“Slowly” is a key point for this entire massage.
-Gently squeezing each outer lip between thumb and forefinger, stroke up and down.
-Ask her to tell you if she wants more pressure or speed or softness.
-Repeat the stroking, squeezing motion on her inner lips.
-Move to her clitoris, circling, squeezing, and gently pulling.
-When you feel she is ready, ask permission to enter her enchanted garden and gently insert your finger—some women like two fingers.
-Crook your finger in a “come hither” motion and press it against the walls just inside the entrance of her vaginal canal.
-Explore all around this wonderful opening, fraction of an inch by fraction of an inch.
-If you encounter spots that are painful or tight stop movement but continue to press your finger there.
-Breathe together. You may notice tingling or heat as the tension releases.
-Move a little deeper into her honey pot and again press all around.
-This is the area of the g-spot, which can be extremely sensitive—its spongy tissue is a storehouse of sexual frustration and pain—so move respectfully.
-Some women feel a burning or a desire to urinate when the g-spot is awakening, continue to apply pressure and allow the sensation to pass.
-Move deeper still, straightening your finger and pressing along the sides as you go farther back toward the cervix.
-Wherever she feels trauma or pain stop movement, press the spot firmly, breathe deeply, until there is a release.
-If your lover would like you to, as you continue your internal massage begin to stimulate her clitoris with your other hand awakening her to a state of high arousal.
-She may experience orgasm—clitorally or vaginally or in combination.
-When she feels she has had enough, slowly take your hands away.
-Complete your massage by gently holding her in your loving arms.

Divination

Divination
By Catherine Beyer

Practices that are commonly considered divination include tarot cards, astrology, necromancy (speaking with the dead), palm reading, rune casting, I Ching, numerology, scrying (evoking images in a reflective surface such as a crystal or mirror) and augury (reading of signs and portents).

What is Divination?
by Estelle Daniels

Divination is the art of "telling the future", and also a tool for self-exploration. The word derives from two Latin words: divinare--"to foresee" and divinus--"divine or pertaining to the Gods".
The foreseeing part certainly fits with the telling the future. But divination can also be used to determine what may be happening at present or in the past. So just saying divination is telling the future is ignoring some important aspects. And sometimes it is more important to know what happened in the past to lead up to a present situation. You can also use divination to check up on people who might be out of touch or out of reach.

Some people feel that when you do divination you are in some way receiving a message from God, whatever you perceive God to be. If you treat divination reverently and with respect, you probably will get better results than if you just take it as a game. Sometimes you get your question answered. And sometimes you get an answer to something you didn't ask about, but which the Cosmos feels you need to know. That's the message from God. Be open to these Cosmic messages, and you just might find your life is more smooth and less upsetting than if you just ignore those off the wall readings. When the Cosmos speaks, it pays to listen.
Divination is a tool. Some people think divination is an end in itself. If you are just fooling around, then it probably is. But used properly, with reverence and positive intent, divination is a tool which will enable you to do more. But you have to USE the information you are given. Just telling fortunes won't cut it. You have to take the information and use it to make things better for yourself, for your friends, for the world.

You can use a focus for divination, like a crystal ball, or Tarot cards, or you can just use pure psychic talents. Most people use the focus. The focus just allows you to channel your psychic talents through the medium you use, and it makes it easier for you to get ideas and impressions. Because people are varied in their skills and interests, there are many divinatory systems which have been developed and used throughout history.

Most every society had some mechanism for fortune telling. The need to be able to predict the future is universal. Some societies controlled and/or repressed divination. Some societies celebrated divination or even went so far as to make divination an industry. The ancient Oracles around the Mediterranean were an important source of revenue for the places which hosted them.

In the ancient world there were two types of divination--direct or natural divination, consisting of dreams, necromancy (divination using information channeled from spirits of those who have passed on, either known or unknown to the practitioner—mediumship and channeling are similar to this), oracles and prophets; and indirect or artificial divination which was divided into two categories; 1) the observation of animate phenomena, haruscipy (reading the entrails of sacrificed animals), augury (reading the flight patterns of birds), and taking notice of human birth marks or deformities; and 2) the observation of inanimate phenomena, such as casting of lots and dice, observation of weather phenomena, terrestrial events (like earthquakes), or celestial phenomena--from which arose astrology. The ancients felt women were better at natural divination and men better at artificial divination. Nowadays, people just choose whatever they feel most comfortable with.

You can use divination to get information about a person or situation, or you can use divination to explore your inner self. Dream interpretation is a good method for self-exploration. All you need is a notebook, perhaps a good dream dictionary and patience.

Jungian psychology advocates using divination as a tool for personal-self exploration. You can do readings for and about yourself. You can ask what aspects of yourself need work and/or modification. You can ask how important people in your life have affected you. You can ask about past lives and the people in them.
You can do a reading about a person or situation that is troubling, but you do not understand it. Sometimes a reading can give insight and perspective, and cause you to see a person or situation in a new light. Anything which helps increase self-awareness and understanding of the world is beneficial for personal growth. Even if what you find out isn't as nice or pleasant as you thought. It's better to know, even the unpleasant stuff, than to operate from ignorance.

Most people practice divination for themselves and possibly a few friends. They have their Tarot Cards or whatever and they use them when they feel a need to find out about things they normally might not be able to. They can ask about the future, past or present. They can ask about themselves, friends, loved ones, or national figures. Around election time predictions of who will win are always popular.

Some people believe everything we have done and will do is fixed and immutable. Most others take the opposite tack that, as Yoda put it, "Always in motion is the future". You can ask about the past or present, and have a chance of finding out how accurate you were. But asking about the future is always tinged with a bit of uncertainty. Most readers feel that what you find out about the future is what is most probable given the present conditions. A giant asteroid could hit the Earth tomorrow, and that's the end of it all. But that probably won't happen, so you can do your divination realizing what you come up with is a possible future. If you don't like what is predicted, you can always act to change it. Even refusing to act is acting to change things.
Some people practice divination for the public at large, as a way of helping others and also possibly making money. If you choose to read for money, you should be aware that most municipalities have fortune telling laws on the books, which are there for good and just reasons. Honest readers state their readings are for entertainment only, and they are not usually violating any laws. Dishonest people have used divination in various forms to perpetrate theft by swindle, and that’s why there will always be anti-fortunetelling laws on the books, if only to protect the public from these unscrupulous parasites.

Divination answers a strong need in humans. It has been around as long as mankind has been aware and thinking. And sometimes it seems that the more complex and hectic life is, the more urgent the need for finding out about the future. Some feel it gives them some sort of competitive edge. Others just like to know what might be. And others feel they can help others using divination.

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE......

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE......

Is it possible?
Unconditional love …
we talk about it, yearn for it, but how many of us actually receive it, or give it? We all want to love and be loved with complete acceptance.
But is it possible?

Most relationship claim to be "full of love," and the participants in these relationships actually believe that they love their partners unconditionally. "It's a term often used to describe a love so complete and deep that there really are no boundaries to this love,"

Love Without Conditions
However, if there are any stipulations -- they must be rich, remain thin, keep their socks off the floor -- then you don't love them unconditionally. You must decide to accept your partner as they are overall, and then proceed to fall in love with the whole individual.

"I believe that its essential for people to be very realistic about ideal notions such as this,"

"In almost any case of professed unconditional love, if one digs deeply enough (and usually it doesn't have to be very deep), they will find conditions attached to the giving of action and feeling.

"By definition, unconditional love isn't just a listing of all the positive characteristics of your partner. You also love them even though they "do this" or "don't do that", and at times treat you in away that may seem unfair.

"Therefore in your adult relationships, one must first be able to forgive in order to feel the joys of unconditional love. Those who find themselves having mercy, realizing that everyone does make mistakes and can still see the good in a person, are loving with full acceptance," ."It's much easier to have this feeling about a child or a dog or a cat, because of their senses of innocence," she continues. Red adds that "only the love a parent has for a child is as unconditional as love can get."

Realistic Expectations

Ultimately Liam prefers to look at unconditional love as an ideal which we can reach in "brief and shining moments." If you can face the reality of our nature as humans as being imperfect, then you can find more beauty and passion than you can ever imagine,"

There is power in learning to love someone as unconditionally as possible. It enables the lover to develop and grow emotionally. "Unconditional love brings the power of growth, expansion and evolution as we move along our soul path. It is an experience we all long for and seek to find in others, but our capacity is limited. We are not evolved enough to hold onto the experience for any great length of time," Liam says.

Ultimately, unconditional love is about relinquishing control and discarding any expectations about love. And as long as that love isn't hurtful to you or the one you love, simply accept this very powerful love, give love, and be surprised where the forces may lead you (both!). It's probably to a far greater place than you could ever have imagined.

Quartz family

Blue Quartz’s main ingredient is Quartz.

The addition or inclusion of a blue colored element will turn the quartz a lovely blue shade. There are two types of Blue Quartz.

The first type is when Inclusions or impurities appear as phantoms or needle like pieces within the quartz crystal itself. The inclusions in this case would be Blue Tourmaline, also called Indicolite, or Magnesioriebeckite. The Blue Quartz inclusions are opaque (solid, no light can pass through) to translucent (permitting a small amount of light to pass through). The second type of Blue Quartz is what is called massive, or in laymen’s terms, a really big chunk of rock.

In this case, a large area of quartz is embedded during the growth process with blue minerals/crystals such as Dumortierite. This colors the entire specimen blue.

In other words, Quartz is the main ingredient and Dumortierite would be a secondary mineral. Many geologists will be careful to distinguish between Dumortierite and Dumortierite in Quartz. Dumortierite in quartz or more commonly known as Dumortierite Quartz is basically blue colored quartz with abundant, tiny crystals of Dumortierite included.

Dumortierite itself is pure, and not as an included mineral in another specimen.

Blue Quartz is a member of the Quartz family (SiO2) Silicon Dioxide with a hardness of 7. It is found in a variety of locations within the US, as well as Australia, Austria, Brazil, Zaire, Russia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
-------------------------------------------
Dumortierite

Dumortierite is a Boro-silicate mineral, which means simply that it has quite a few more “ingredients” in its make up.

Aluminum is the most prominent element here, with Boron, Silicon, Hydrogen and Oxygen playing the supporting roles.Dumortierite is a deep blue to violet in color and is sometimes called “Desert Lapis”. Dumortierite is also opaque (solid, no light can pass through) to translucent (permitting a small amount of light to pass through). Dumortierite can grow in a massive (huge chunks) formation, columnar (like tourmaline) or fiber like fans.

It may also contain other inclusions, such as Iron, Titanium, Magnesium or Calcium, which will add interesting spots or splotches to the specimen. In some respects, Dumortierite looks very similar to Sodalite. The difference in appearance is that Sodalite has white streaks, while Dumortierite does not.

In China, Dumortierite is often used as imitation Lapis Lazuli for carvings. It is very easy to see how this lovely piece can so readily be confused!Dumortierite is a Boro-silicate mineral (Aluminum, Silicon, Boron, Hydrogen and Oxygen).

It has a hardness of 7 - 8.5. Translucent to transparent gemmy variety is very rare. Dumortierite can be found in Australia, Austria, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Madagascar, Mozambique, Namibia, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, Ukraine and the US.Blue Aventurine is the last in this series of our blue friends.

Aventurine, also called Aventurine Quartz is a member of the quartz family (Silicon Dioxide) that is colored blue by the presence of Copper Silicates. Blue Aventurine contains another ingredient or two that sets it apart from Blue Quartz. The additional inclusion of Mica and/or Pyrite may add a shimmer, sparkle or shine.

So, Blue Aventurine is a member of the Quartz family (SiO2) Silicon Dioxide that is colored by a variety of Copper Silicates with the additional shimmer (shiller) of Mica an/or Pyrite. How dark or how light the specimen is will depend on the amount/content of these Copper Silicates. Blue Aventurine has a hardness of 7, and can be opaque to translucent.

Aventurine can be found in Austria, Germany, India, Russia, South Africa and the US.

Adjusting to Life After a Breakup

Adjusting to Life After a Breakup
Most of us have been there at some stage of our lives. Hours on the phone to our friends, crying, hoarding the mint chocolate chip ice cream, wandering about in our pyjamas; it’s what is commonly known as the mourning phase of breaking up - when your life doesn’t feel the same and you finally feel the loss of the other person. Whether you initiate the break up or he does, there is a mourning process to go through.

Once you go through mourning the loss of your relationship, you have to put your world back together. It’s not going to be easy but keep in mind this isn’t the first relationship to have ended and it likely won’t be the last. The fact is, life is going to go on with or without you participating in it. If you want to come back to the land of the living, you’ll have to do some adjusting and get over your break up.

Look Back and Laugh

Let’s not look back at the relationship that just ended but rather the one or two before. You weathered those storms and moved on to have more fun and fulfilling relationships, right? The same will happen here. Think about what you did when the last relationship ended. Moving on wasn’t easy then either; you can probably look at some of the things you did to move on and laugh about them. Do the same here. Think about how you must have looked when the delivery guy showed up to drop off that package you’d been waiting for; kind of scary in your kitty pyjamas and bear foot slippers weren’t you? Go ahead and laugh. It is rather funny.

Plan a Girls’ Night

Call your best gal pals up and announce your freedom or rather your entrance back into the dating game. Get out your sexy underwear, thigh high stockings and think about the evening ahead. Practice your ‘come and get me’ smile for all the single guys you’ll undoubtedly have your eye on tonight and run through your sexy, flirty giggles.

Think of the evening as a celebration – free from the constraints of being in a relationship. Celebrate all there is to being a single and available woman and invite your friends to join in. Tell your gal pals it’s girls only; you’re out to celebrate being a female - the most intriguing and sexy creature on the planet - and guys aren’t allowed tonight.

Get Out of the House

When was the last time you took a holiday on your own? Probably years or maybe never. You can’t count any work related trips so don’t even try it! A change of scenery might be what you need in order to get back into single life again. If you don’t have some place already in mind, start hunting down some of the current travel deals. Talk to friends and family and see what trips they’ve been on recently.

The object here is to kiss your place goodbye for a few days. Whether it’s a sunny vacation on a beach or a cabin nestled high among the snow capped mountains, change your scenery and change your outlook. Give yourself a chance to rest and rejuvenate. A break up is hard; it can take a lot out of the body and the mind so taking yourself somewhere new to recoup will help heal the whole you.

Dote on Yourself

A new haircut, pedicure, manicure, some new shoes to wear during your girls’ night out - all of these things can make you feel like a brand new woman and not the one roaming around the house in her slippers and pyjamas. Make yourself feel good by looking good. The beautiful you will begin to radiate from the inside out and fill the room.

Find a way to make yourself feel special; no matter what it is, do it. If you’ve been thinking about heading back to the gym (maybe you got comfortable in your past relationship and those jeans are a little tight today), buying a new book, taking a class – make sure that what you do is for you and not someone else.

The Healing Power of Sex

OK, so it might not be for everyone but many women swear that sex with someone new heals them and allows them to put their ex out of sight, out of body, and out of their minds once and for all. If you choose this route, don’t expect anything more than a hot, passionate night of sex. No strings attached and unless you’re willing to open yourself back up, no phone numbers either.

Others will argue that one night stands (we’re only talking about one… not one of many) only fill an empty void. That’s possible but what better way to feel sexy, desirable and hot than to let another man want you.

During the time it takes you to adjust back to single life, you’re going to discover that you’ve grown and perhaps changed a little along the way; this is the natural progression of life. We have ups and downs, heartache and sadness but once we get past it, we learn there is an exciting life waiting for us on the other side. We only have to travel a little to get there.

History of the New Age Movement

History of the New Age movement:
New Age teachings became popular during the 1970's as a reaction against what some perceived as the failure of Christianity and the failure of Secular Humanism to provide spiritual and ethical guidance for the future. Its roots are traceable to many sources: Astrology, Channeling, Hinduism, Gnostic traditions, , Spiritualism, Taoism, Theosophy, Wicca and other Neo-pagan traditions, etc. The movement started in England in the 1960's where many of these elements were well established. Small groups, such as the Findhorn Community in Inverness and the Wrekin Trust formed. The movement quickly became international. Early New Age mileposts in North America were a "New Age Seminar" run by the Association for Research and Enlightenment, and the establishment of the East-West Journal in 1971. Actress Shirley MacLaine is perhaps their most famous current figure.

During the 1980's and 90's, the movement came under criticism from a variety of groups. Channeling was ridiculed; seminar and group leaders were criticized for the fortunes that they made from New Agers. Their uncritical belief in the "scientific" properties of crystals was exposed as groundless. But the movement has become established and become a stable, major force in North American religion during the past generation. As the millennium comes to a close, the New Age is expected to expand, promoted by the social backlash against logic and science
